Geez, I don't much care for Bourbon and the thought of mixing bacon bits with chocolate chips sounds bizarre to me...but hey...if somebody put one in front of me, I'd try one.
Not sure about the peanut butter, but the rest of it sounds awesome.
ooooh I love pb and bacon together! Add chocolate and bourbon and you've got all the major food groups covered! I'm anxious to know how they taste.

Ah. Now that I've read the recipe, I know they are definitely sweet.
I've had bacon-chocolate ice cream and loved it, so these cookies might be right up my alley!
OH.. Maybe I will make this once I get to Clearwater,FL.. I have no idea where to buy the Bourbon in this city.. they don't have it in the grocery stores yet.. or the market next door...
